Private Property is experiencing server issues, which are affecting properties being fed to them in the admin console. They are working to have it resolved as soon as possible.

Some clients are experiencing errors when feeding to Private Property. Please try to re-feed it as that is helping to resolve it most of the time. If the issue persists, please let us know.
Status update - All back to normal
The websites are running normally across all the networks that we have tested on. If you are having any problems please let us know so we can look into it.

Status update
The status is the same as our previous update, with our client websites working, but slowly. Cybersmart are going to replace the router that they suspect is causing the problem tonight. We will provide an update on this tomorrow.

Status update
Cybersmart have provided the following update, saying “Customer connectivity services have begun restoring across the Cybersmart network”.
From our testing of web-box client sites, they are up on the networks we have tested on, but are slow. We have tested on the following networks MTN, Vodacom, Rain, Connected Space, Cybersmart, RSAWeb.
Again we apologise for this frustration and thank you for your patience.
Intermittent website access problems
Cybermart, our hosting provider, is experiencing network issues affecting some people’s access to our websites. It is an intermittent issue, with access coming and going. Also access being available from different networks at different times. Meaning that even if you cannot access your website others might be able to from another network like MTN, Vodacom, Telkom or Octel.
Cybersmart have been working flat out to resolve this but do not have an ETA on it being fixed.
It is also affecting our phone lines and email, so you can call or whatsapp us on 064 504 8288. We will publish any updates at the top of our website www.webbox.co.za.
If there are urgent changes you need done in the admin console, please let us know and we can do it for you.
