The Property Practitioners Act (PPA) requires estate agents to have the following documents in order to market a property:
- Authority To Sell
- Mandate Agreement
- Mandatory Disclosure Form
We have made fields available in your admin console to add these documents to a listing. They will only be visible in the admin console, and not publicly visible on the website.

Documents can be either ‘optional’ or ‘required’. By default, we have made all documents optional. If a document is set to required no property can be uploaded or edited without adding the document. If you would like a document to be required, please email support@webbox.co.za, and we will change it.
The documents can be viewed in the admin console on the properties screen, making it easy to check whether any are missing.
