You can now list sole mandates exclusively on Private Property before they are automatically copied to other portals. In return, Private Property will feature your listing for free at the top of their search results.

This feature is available in your admin console so you can use it when feeding your listings to Private Property. The time it is listed exclusively can be set at the agency level (applies to all listings) or at the agent level (the agent chooses the exclusivity time period for each listing).

Once the exclusivity time period lapses, the property automatically goes to other portals, so no need to do anything yourself.
