Private Property has a feature where you can choose to have a sole mandate listed exclusively on their portal for a chosen time period before going onto other portals. The main benefit of this is that the listing gets featured for free at the top of their search results.

We have enabled this feature in your admin console so you can use it when feeding your listings to Private Property. The time it is listed exclusively can be set at the agency level (applies to all listings) or at the agent level (the agent chooses the exclusivity time period for each listing)

| The exclusivity period can be set from 3 days up to 3 months. |
Once the exclusivity time period lapses, the property automatically goes to other portals, so no need to do anything yourself.
