Currently, all your listings feed to Gumtree for free. However, from the 1st of September, Gumtree is changing to a fully paid model for property listings.
They say they are doing this to:
- Eliminate duplicate and fraudulent accounts.
- Improve the quality of leads you receive.
- Offer faster, more personalised customer support.
- Increase transparency in how services are delivered.
If you do not have a subscription with them, then all property listings that have been fed through will be automatically removed by them, so you do not have to do anything. If you do take out a paid subscription, then the listings will continue to feed through. We will update our admin console accordingly.
